NAAC has been established as a response to the recognised need for a collaborative platform for ME/CFS research for the benefits of patients and health care consumers.   

NAAC provides a reference point for patients, consumers and researchers to find up to date information on ME/CFS research.  

In addition to supporting the scientific research agenda in ME/CFS, NAAC promotes integrity and ethical standards in research to deliver meaningful benefits to those living with ME/CFS and to the public.  

Governments, ME/CFS researchers and consumer groups need to navigate the challenges and work together to encourage the best outcomes in ME/CFS research.
